In a captivating fusion of beauty, intelligence, and environmental advocacy, the Miss Earth 2023 pageant will grace the world stage on December 22, 2023, in the vibrant city of Pasay, Philippines. This prestigious event, organized by Carousel Productions, will bring together a remarkable group of delegates from over 100 countries, each representing their respective nations and embodying the spirit of environmental stewardship.
Under the theme "Empowering Women to Protect the Planet," Miss Earth 2023 will not only celebrate the beauty and grace of women but also amplify their voices as powerful advocates for environmental protection. The delegates will showcase their commitment to sustainability through a series of competitions, including the Eco-Video Presentation, Swimsuit Competition, and Evening Gown Competition.
The Eco-Video Presentation will serve as a platform for the delegates to highlight environmental issues in their home countries and propose innovative solutions. The Swimsuit Competition will showcase their physical fitness and elegance, while the Evening Gown Competition will embody their poise and grace.
Beyond these competitions, the delegates will engage in a series of environmental activities, immersing themselves in the Philippines' rich biodiversity and learning about the challenges and opportunities faced by local communities. They will participate in tree-planting initiatives, coastal cleanups, and educational programs, gaining firsthand experience in environmental protection.

Location and date
On 18 July 2022 in Ho Chi Minh City, Lorraine Schuck, co-founder of the Miss Earth Organization, announced that Miss Earth 2023 would be held in Vietnam for a second time, the first being held in 2010. The pageant will take place at an 8,000-seater theater in Nha Trang, Khánh Hòa, On 21 July 2023, the Miss Earth Organization announced that the pageant will take place on 16 December 2023.
However, on 11 September 2023, the Miss Earth Organization announced that the pageant will take place on 22 December instead of 16 December, and the venue was relocated to the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center in Ho Chi Minh City to accommodate a larger audience
On 16 October 2023, the Miss Earth Organization announced that the pageant will take place in Ho Chi Minh City from 1 December 2023 to 22 December 2023.[12][13] The National Costume Competition, which will be held at Nguyen Hue Walking Street on 2 December, would serve as the welcoming event of the pageant.
The Best Eco Project presentation will be held at the Gem Convention Center on 4 December, the Miss Earth 2023 X Fashion Voyage, which are evening gown and swimsuit competitions, will be held at Van Phuc City on 9 December, and the Fashionature ecotourism and fashion shoot will be held on 14 December. The talent competition will take place at the Saigon Opera House on 16 December.
